Westlake Trails is an enchanting tree-lined community of elegant homes nestled in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, within walking distance to the gem-like lake for which the city is named.

Westlake Trails began as a unique collection of custom homes that maintained horse trails along its wide streets, but over the years as the horses left, it has retained its distinctive character of country living near the city.

Within Westlake Trails, the trails, split-rail fences, and Oaks are reminders of an earlier era and of our current peaceful naturalistic lifestyle.
